My fitness journey like many others began when I was in my early twenties, battling with maintaining my weight and desiring a more fulfilled, strong and balanced life. Whilst I have not always managed to get this spot on all the time, over the years I have built the necessary habits and tools to maintain a pretty mint balance!
After my first marathon I moved on to strength training. From here I dabbled a little in physique training. I then started to compete in team sports before eventually regaining the running bug and moving back to running.
To date I have completed five marathons, regularly rack up on average 35 miles a week and run with multiple local running clubs. I commute most days on my bicycle to work and strength train regularly. I maintain my passion for fitness each week through exploring new ways to improve and by building a community around me of people who share similar passions and fitness goals.
Each time I can see progression in my training; I push the benchmark higher. With every success and achievement becomes a stronger belief in myself to obtain greater and more exceptional goals. This is a continuous journey and every day brings new challenges.
I work with clients of all ages and abilities. No matter where my clients are on their own journey, I am dedicated to helping them to also achieve every success possible. To help them to overcome their own limiting beliefs and turn adversity into an opportunity to challenge themself. My passion is to produce a client base of WINNERS!
